Ask Richard

Years ago when my wife Mabel was teaching bridge, a student would sometimes ask how to play a difficult contract. She would study the hands intently then offer advice like, “Win the opening lead, cash the ace of hearts and… [pausing for more thought] and… [still thinking] and… ask Richard!” Fond memories of the good times.

I am happy to answer bridge questions, but most would be submitted with faulty data and/or hard-to-read diagrams. Therefore, to ensure accurate content and uniform presentation, queries must be submitted through my web form.
